All floats are precast in our Main Casting Shop. It is recently expanded to approximately 9,000 square feet, all with heated casting floor. The newly upgraded heating and curing system produces one million BTU's to assure our concrete is consistently up to proper strength and quality. In addition, our facility is independently certified to meet the standards set by the Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI). This shop creates a controlled environment for precasting floats to ensure our products are built to the highest standard.
